Job summary

DEYE NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in Johor.

You will develop preventive maintenance plans, conduct safety checks, and manage audits and compliance with local regulations. The role requires Mandarin fluency and a strong background in electrical distribution systems. You will coordinate with inspectors, vendors and authorities, train staff on equipment safety, and drive reliability improvements across production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of equipment dept management.
Mandarin proficiency is required for Mandarin-speaking environments.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule and supervise maintenance team for daily repair, troubleshooting and breakdown response.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, TPM, equipment checklists and record systems.
Lead daily inspections, safety checks, LOTO, risk assessments and accident investigations for special equipment.
Manage statutory documents and audits: logbooks, inspection reports, certifications, compliance records.
Coordinate with external inspectors, vendors and government authorities (DOSH/ST/JKKP/Bomba).
Train team on safety operations and compliance requirements.
Monitor equipment condition, troubleshoot, improve reliability and eliminate hazards.
Ensure all activities comply with Malaysia OSH Act 1994 and Factory & Machinery Act 1967.
