Qualifications
Experience in MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth.
Experience with sapphire-based epi growth projects preferred.
Roles in process engineering within semiconductor fab environments.
Relocation to Kulim, Kedah, West Malaysia.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
Own the MOCVD epitaxy growth process and define DoE within the process window.
Actively liaise with production, process integration and equipment teams to ensure smooth operation and meet KPIs.
Lead continuous improvement in productivity and yield through new material qualification and procedural simplification.
Set up procedures, qualify new processes/equipment with equipment engineers; maintain documentation per ISO 14001/TS standards.
Lead root-cause investigations using statistical tools (Minitab/JMP), implement preventive/corrective actions.
Understand material characterization methods and adjust growth recipes to maintain parameters within limits.
