ams OSRAM Group in Malaysia is seeking a data and epitaxy specialist to design, implement and maintain the complex data landscape for Epitaxy operations, ensuring high data integrity and seamless system integration.

You will act as the primary IT interface for Epitaxy applications, develop 1st-level troubleshooting guides for 24x7 shift operations, and conduct advanced data analysis to drive KPIV monitoring and continuous improvement.

Formación

PhD/Master/Bachelor in Physics/Mathematics/CS/Materials Science or related Engineering field preferred.
Experience in data science and data analysis/reporting (JMP, Minitab) is a plus.
Strong in data analysis and IT data landscape with cross‑functional collaboration.
Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement and maintain the data landscape for Epitaxy operations.
Serve as the primary IT interface to system owner for Epitaxy applications.
Develop 1st-level troubleshooting guides for 24x7 shift operations; escalate as needed.
Conduct complex data analysis to identify KPIV and monitor process improvement.
Responsible for MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth, targeting KPIs like CpK, yield.
Lead DoE within process window and liaise with production and engineering teams.
