Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced engineer to act as a technical interface between customers and the fabrication facility, ensuring smooth data exchange and coordinated development efforts.
The role includes program management for customer sustainment, participation in technology transfer, and active technical support to Sales and Marketing to close new business. Collaborative work with yield and manufacturing teams is essential to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Applied Physics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, or NPI (Senior Engineers).
- Skills: Device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical interface to customers and the fab, ensuring smooth data exchange.
- Deliver technical program management to sustain customer relationships.
- Support tapeout and prototype qualification to ramp to production quickly.
- Assist in technology transfer and new technology introduction for customers.
- Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing to close new business.
- Coordinate with Yield Engineering and Manufacturing to meet production goals.
