Job summary

TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a production system liaison lead to own end-to-end activities for MOM, MES, EAP and WMS platforms, including operations and maintenance coordination, upgrade planning, test validation and risk assessment.

You will liaise with shop-floor users, local developers and suppliers to capture requirements, separate defects from enhancements, support incident response and RCA, and build a robust O&M knowledge base and training materials.

Qualifications

• Must coordinate operations and maintenance activities across core systems.
• Experience in incident response and RCA.
• Ability to gather and log business requirements.
• Experience in end-user training and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of system issues for MOM/MES/EAP/WMS.
• Liaise with shop-floor users, developers and suppliers to capture requirements and distinguish defects from enhancements.
• Coordinate upgrades, perform test validation and risk assessment.
• Conduct lightweight data development: simple reports, data reconciliation and validation.
• Organize and deliver end-user training and maintain O&M documentation.

Job description

Serve as the dedicated production system liaison lead, supporting O&M, upgrade coordination, test validation and risk assessment for core systems (MOM/MES/EAP/WMS), with end-to-end ownership of system issues.

Liaise with shop-floor key users, domestic developers and suppliers; gather business requirements, separate defects from enhancement requests, and maintain requirement logs.

Support production incident response, troubleshooting and RCA, track CAPA implementation to minimize recurring failures.

Conduct lightweight secondary data development: simple report creation, data reconciliation and validation.

Organize and facilitate end-user training, prepare training materials and guide key users on system self-testing.

Maintain O&M documentation, defect logs and acceptance records, and build the O&M knowledge base.
