Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer Process in its Research & Development team to merge creativity with technical expertise and shape the future of technology. You will lead wafer inspection processes, monitor tool stability, set up new tools, and drive tool capability improvements as a system owner.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to decarbonization and digitalization in a global semiconductor leader.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years working experience in wafer fabrication fab
• Experience as a tool owner, know how to sustain/enhance tool performance
• Able to train operators on standard procedures/workflow
• Capable to handle tasks/projects
