Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer Operations to join our Manufacturing and Operations team in Kulim. In our advanced cleanroom, you will influence how silicon wafers become cutting-edge products, ensuring precision and reliability across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical or management field.
• Basic NPW wafer fab process knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work on TPS2.0 NPW automated project to set up Module ANKA full workflow.
• Set up master data in multiple applications for Module ANKA process requirements.
• Monitor NPW daily execution to meet equipment schedule and troubleshoot as needed.
• Understand NPW processes and collaborate with other modules to optimize workflows.
• Initiate and coordinate improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost saving.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Work on TPS2.0 NPW automated project to setup Module ANKA full workflow
• Setup master data in multiple application for Module ANKA process requirement and workflow
• Monitor ANKA daily execution to meet equipment schedule and troubleshoot if needed
• Understand all NPW process and work with other
• Module Process for daily usage Initiate and coordinate improvement projects including work efficiency & cost saving

• Bachelor Degree in technical or management field
• Good technical skill to learn basic semiconductor wafer fab process for non-productive wafer (NPW)
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality.
• Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
• Interaction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information.
• Strong diagnostic & problem solving skill
