Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a Senior Engineer Facility Management for our Manufacturing and Operations team, ensuring reliable and safe production infrastructure. You will manage water/wastewater systems, participate in design reviews, and uphold regulatory requirements to support green and efficient operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management, a relevant engineering degree, and certifications in wastewater/effluent operations are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or other relevant disciplines) with relevant facilities management experience.
• 8D problem solving approach and knowledge of root cause analysis tools.
• Certifications in environmental/effluent treatment systems are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Familiar with water and wastewater operation, maintenance concepts for semiconductor plants.
• Understand infrastructure systems including electrical, mechanical, cleanroom, and BMS.
• Perform risk assessments for processes, equipment and new designs using FMEA/FMECA.

Senior Engineer Facility Management (Manufacturing and Operations)

As a Senior Engineer Facility Management in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Together, we make reliability our strongest asset.

Key responsibilities

• Familiar with water (RO/DI) and wastewater operation and maintenance concepts and requirements for semiconductor manufacturing plants
• Familiar with water and wastewater design standards , codes , specifications , permitting processes , and regulatory requirements
• Understands the working principles of other infrastructure systems , including electrical, mechanical, cleanroom and building automation systems
• Knowledge of infrastructure system acceptance and testing processes , including testing and commissioning, buy-off, change management, and related activities
• Understands and is able to perform risk assessments for processes, equipment, and new designs using FMEA/FMECA methodologies

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or other relevant disciplines) with demonstrated capability in the field 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, facilities services , or engineering
• Certification as a Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (CePIETSO-PCP/BP) or Certified Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) is an added advantage
• Possesses an 8D problem solving mindse t, with knowledge of root cause analysis tools, the 7 QC tools, and decision making methodologies
