The ideal candidate has strong software SDLC experience, 7+ years in product/solutions development, and 3+ years in program management, with hands-on Jira and Agile practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years total experience in product or solutions development.
- 3+ years in a dedicated Program Management role.
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Drive product development from initiation to production release.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Connect software, hardware engineering, and supply chain/manufacturing teams to resolve blockers.
- Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, release tracking, and project delivery using Jira, Scrum, and standard Agile frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide weekly status updates on program health, budget, and risks to senior management.
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify risks early, set up mitigation plans, ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
