Qualifications

• Software Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• >4 years experience in program management.
• >7 years experience in Product/Solutions development.
• Good knowledge of product development processes.
• Familiar with regulatory & reliability requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Experienced in Agile Project Management, Jira & Scrum for deliverables.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across teams.
• Certified PMP is an advantage.
• Highly energized with a strong passion for program management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed program schedule and track progress.
• Manage the program budget and prevent overruns.
• Govern scope and approve changes via change requests.
• Manage resources per plan and track actuals.
• Communicate program health to senior stakeholders weekly.
• Lead program recovery when at risk or in trouble.
• Drive proactive risk management and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with development processes.
• Store artifacts in the program repository.
• Act as point of contact for program escalation.
• Coordinate interdependencies across cross-functional teams globally.
• Drive issue resolution and unblock challenges.
