Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership in supplier development and audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority for electronics manufacturing processes (PCB/A, cables, electro-mechanical integration).
• Lead supplier technical engagements, capacity planning, and long-term roadmaps.
• Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, selective soldering, conformal coating, etc.).
• Ensure compliance to AS9100/IPC standards and customer requirements; lead supplier audits.
