Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience in supplier quality engineering or a Master's degree with 5 years.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
• Certification in ASQ CSSGB, CSSBB, CSQP, or Reliability Engineer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, qualify, and audit suppliers for compliance to standards.
• Manage and optimize supplier quality metrics and processes.
• Train suppliers on quality tools and implement corrective actions.

Skills

Knowledge of quality and semiconductor industry standards

Proficient in quality and engineering tools/methods

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Office

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Education
