Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-speed transceiver testing or manufacturing.
• Experience in components within transceiver modules preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier material quality performance quarterly.
• Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and R&D to identify new suppliers.
