Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional certifications (PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, PE) preferred.
• Minimum 8–15 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, contractual knowledge, and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management for assigned projects.
• Act as the primary client contact with consultants and contractors.
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and delivery strategies.
• Oversee feasibility studies, planning, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; ensure profitability.
• Chair project meetings and communicate goals, progress, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative performance culture.
