Job summary

KIDE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical construction activities on large projects in Malaysia. You will guide electrical engineers, supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, and specialists, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, with responsibility for planning, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer/Ir. status or relevant professional registration will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant electrical construction experience.
• Strong experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of Malaysian electrical regulations and authority requirements.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for electrical construction activities on the project.
• Plan and manage all electrical installation works.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
