Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or related environment.
Good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems, preventive maintenance practices, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing operation, maintenance and performance of E&M systems within the assigned building or estate.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company standards, statutory requirements and SLAs.
Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance and repairs across disciplines.
Provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians to enhance team competency.
