Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with hospital support services is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure FEMS Electrical operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management and User Request) and Sustainability Program (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and SOP.
• Monitor daily operation in terms of Complaints Work Request, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspection and others, while minimizing maintenance costs and monthly fee deductions.
• Plan, execute and control FEMS Electrical approved annual budget for Revenue and Expenditures to achieve the company Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
• Identify and provide reports (Technical Report, Condition Appraisal, Monthly deduction mapping report, Incident report, Life Cycle Assessment, Benchmarking and related Electrical drawings) to MoH as per Concession Agreement.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of new project proposals and initiatives to secure additional revenue such as Reimbursable Work and Variation Order.
• Represent company management in Internal and External meetings to meet hospital requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment programs and LEAN principles; support HSSE and LEAN initiatives.
• Control FEMS Electrical services to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain stakeholder management for Internal and External parties to align with company vision and mission.
• Plan and manage staff performance and development; foster an engaging work culture to improve team performance and operational excellence.
