Job summary

Global Process Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects. You will review detailed designs, calculations, and vendor drawings, ensuring compliance with NFPA70, API, ISA, IEC, and IEEE standards.

You will mentor engineers and coordinate interfaces across disciplines with clients and vendors. The role requires a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and 15–18 years of experience in oil & gas engineering consultancy, with expertise in LV/MV systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15–18 years’ offshore/onshore Oil & Gas experience, mainly in engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA70, API, ISA, IEC, IEEE standards for electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical design deliverables and calculations.
• Review 3D model/2D drawings and participate in design reviews (30%, 60%, 90%).
• Coordinate between power generation, process skids, equipment, instrumentation, and ICSS.
