Job summary

ITvision Consulting is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical with oversight of electrical engineering projects for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. The role combines technical leadership with client engagement and delivery management.

Responsibilities include directing design and construction administration, coordinating with clients and sub-consultants, and maintaining project budgets and quality. This position reports to the Director of Group Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on projects including master planning, facility evaluations, feasibility studies, and design.
• Develop design concepts and provide technical direction for electrical systems emphasizing energy efficiency.
• Prepare reports, plans, and specifications compliant with codes and owner requirements.
• Provide construction administration.
• Support development of company electrical standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Ensure quality and effective execution of engineering assignments.
• Ensure technical accuracy of work within the engineering scope.
• Coordinate with clients, facility owners, and sub-consultants.
• Maintain a positive work environment and project budgets.
• Prepare engineering project proposals as required.
• Participate in oral presentations as required.
• Develop client relationships and maintain regular contact.

To manage and perform the study, design, and/or construction administration of electrical engineering projects for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:-

A. Electrical Engineering

• Perform work for projects that may include master planning, existing facility evaluations, feasibility studies, design, cost estimating, and similar technical functions.
• Develop design concepts and provide technical direction for design of electrical systems with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Prepare reports, plans, and specifications for assigned projects in compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and owner’s project requirements.
• Provide construction administration.
• Support development of company electrical standards.

B. Project Management

• Responsible for the successful completion of assigned engineering scope and conformance to contract requirements.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of projects within assigned engineering scope.
• Responsible for both the quality of deliverance's and effective execution of project assignments.
• Responsible for technical accuracy of work performed in assigned engineering scope.
• Coordinate with clients, facility owners, and sub-consultants.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain project budget within given allocations.

C. Client Engagement

• Prepare engineering project proposals as required.
• Participate in oral presentations as required.
• Develop client relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned clients.
