Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an electrical services design professional in Malaysia to prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs for building services. You will also prepare tender documents, cost estimates and review submissions for compliance with specifications.

The role includes coordinating with team members, managing project progress, testing and commissioning, and attending client and site meetings to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• To prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for Electrical services.
• To prepare tender documents, specification and cost estimates.
• To perform tender evaluation and prepare tender evaluation reports.
• Review shop drawings and construction material submissions by contractors for compliance to specifications.
• To coordinate and lead other team members to deliver tasks as necessary
• Manage projects progress and manage testing & commissioning of electrical services.
• To attend client consultant, project site meetings and technical meetings.
• Carry out consultation with local authorities for submission approval.
• Perform contract administration for electrical building services.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
