Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead design and site activities for mechanical building services. The role involves coordinating with teams, reviewing submissions, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Applicants should have substantial M/E design and site installation experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM. Outstation work may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of design and site installation experience for mechanical services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work as an effective team player.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work on outstation assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs for mechanical services.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications and cost estimates.
• Perform tender evaluation and prepare reports.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate and lead the project team to deliver tasks.
