Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is looking for an EHS Manager to lead and oversee EHS operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws, client requirements and industry standards. The role includes site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations across sites in Sedenak (Kulai) or Ulu Tiram, Johor.

The candidate will drive safety improvements, develop EHS policies, and manage documentation, permits and regulatory reporting, with a focus on ISO 14001/45001.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field; preferred.
• Experience with Malaysian OSH legislation and EHS management systems.
• Experience in audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Lead workplace incident investigations, prepare reports and implement CAPAs.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures and safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and relevant EHS standards.
• Oversee EHS documentation, permits, safety records and regulatory reporting.
• Provide 24/7 on-call EHS support during emergencies and holidays.
• Collaborate with site operations, facilities and project teams to ensure safe daily operations and commissioning work.
• Promote a positive safety culture through employee engagement and training.
