Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced MS CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement Dynamics CRM solutions. You will integrate CRM with other enterprise systems, customize workflows, plugins, and dashboards, and produce technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module, OOTB features of service management.
• Experience in designing and implementing the Service /Sales CRM module.
• Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems and applications
• Customize workflows, plugins, forms, and dashboards to meet business needs
• Create technical documentation for developed components
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support for end-users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
