Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Senior CRM Developer to lead and optimize our CRM systems, aligning technology with business processes.

You will design plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic, ensuring scalable CRM solutions and end-to-end service module implementations. The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years in application development, with at least 4 years in a technical lead role for Dynamics CRM, and experience leading module design in service or sales contexts.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of application development experience.
• At least 4 years in a technical lead capacity for Dynamics CRM.
• Experience designing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Completed at least one end-to-end service module implementation.
• Experience in designing/service/sales module solutions in a team lead capacity.
• Nice to have React JS development or CRM integration exposure.
