Qualifications

• 6-8 years of application development experience with at least 4 years in Dynamics CRM.
• Proficient in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module, OOTB features of service management.
• Experience designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM modules.
• Good to have React JS development or integration with CRM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM plugins and workflows.
• Design and implement Service and Sales CRM modules.
• Integrate CRM with external systems where required.
