Job summary

Tap Growth ai is hiring a MS CRM Developer for our Kuala Lumpur office. You will design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics CRM solutions, integrate CRM with enterprise systems, and customize workflows and dashboards to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in application development with at least 4 years in Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in C# for plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module, OOTB features of service management.
• Experience in designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module.
• Good to have React JS development or integration with CRM exposure.
