Qualifications

• 7–10 years of solid Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft products experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals).
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault).
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft for data migration.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications, focusing on Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
• Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development across projects.
• Translate designs into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimisation for all developed solutions.
• Implement integrations with Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third-party apps.
