Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules. The role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with a hybrid work model.

You will configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE apps, tailor entities, forms, workflows, and plugins, and build custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform,

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of solid Dynamics 365 CE experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with customisation, extension, and integrations including REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications focusing on Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Customise entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
• Create reusable components to streamline development across projects.
• Translate designs into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and optimize performance.
• Implement integrations with Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third-party apps.
• Manage data migration using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar ETL tools.
