Responsibilities include drafting high-precision civil, structural, and topographic drawings, ensuring QA, managing deadlines, overseeing As-Built work, and maintaining CAD data with version control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years drafting experience in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is mandatory.
• Experience with BIM workflows (Revit) or 3D modeling is a major advantage.
• Educational background in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and finalize high-precision civil, structural, and topographic drawings from surveyor inputs.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage drafting schedule, delegate tasks to junior drafters, and meet project deadlines.
• Oversee detailed As-Built drawings and handle modifications from site variations.
• Implement and maintain a digital archiving and version-control system for CAD files.
