Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a regional technical Solution Owner to drive strategic initiatives and business growth across Asia-Pacific markets, aligning hardware-accelerated AI/HPC solutions with regional needs.

You will collaborate with sales and business development to expand into new customers, while representing Supermicro across internal teams and client engagements. Occasional travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven IT or semiconductor industry experience in product/program/project management, partnerships, business development, or solution enablement.
• Strong understanding of hardware acceleration, AI/ML workloads, HPC, and enterprise/cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence customers.
• Track record of driving results, navigating competitive landscapes and winning strategic opportunities.
• High resilience, passion, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Co-work with regional team as technical Solution owner for strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Develop and execute regional technology and business strategy — Align Supermicro’s portfolio with market needs, including AI/HPC solutions for various regions.
• Collaborate with sales/BD to open new doors at customers not previously served.
• Represent Supermicro with strong presence and communication across internal teams and customers.
• Travel as needed to support customer, partner, and industry engagements.
