Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with leadership exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.), and -CRM/email automation.
  • Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, IG Reels, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent writing and communication.
Responsibility

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s OKRs and sales objectives.
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance to ensure optimal business impact.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with a strong focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct performance analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key marketing metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of marketing budgets.

Content & Brand Growth

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across multiple digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Drive innovation in campaign concepts, digital activations, and live-streaming initiatives.

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Recommend and implement innovative strategies, tools, or partnerships to enhance marketing effectiveness.
