Job summary

Axonect is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments. You will automate provisioning with IaC tools, manage deployments in AWS and hybrid setups including VMware and containers, and implement SRE practices to boost availability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, automation, and release management across hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and familiarity with other cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with VMware, Linux, Windows Server, storage, networking, and data centre operations.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, IAM, SSO, and messaging services.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and automation scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, security, compliance, and release governance in 24x7 production environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical documentation, release governance, and operational procedures while mentoring junior team members
