• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer or technical application support with DevOps background.
• Strong expertise in issue resolution and incident management.
• Hands‑on with SQL queries, Oracle Database; observability with Splunk; CI/CD orchestration with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, bridging business needs and technical execution.
• Willingness to work a permanent US business hours shift.
• Bonus: experience with Agentic AI or test automation scripting.
