• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer or technical application support, with a strong background in DevOps methodologies.
• Specialized Expertise:Strong proficiency inIssue resolution and incident management.
