Monks is seeking a Senior Designer to contribute to the technical execution and scaling of digital ads for a global client. You will balance efficiency, speed, precision, and scale to deliver high-quality visual content across platforms.

The role emphasizes AI-forward production, template and asset library development, and mentorship of junior designers in a fast-paced environment. Strong Adobe and print-ready experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Production Designer or similar role in digital/advertising.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio of digital production and advertising materials.
• Experience in master asset handover to final delivery.
• Deep understanding of typography, grids, layout and pre-press standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client collaboration.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Experience producing print-ready POS materials in InDesign/Illustrator.
• Familiar with social media specs and best practices for visuals.
• Interest in AI and automation technologies.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Execute master creatives across formats with innovative production ideas.
• Translate briefs into actionable production workflows.
• Ensure pixel-perfect designs and high quality at all times.

• Create designs and precise setups for POS print media.
• Build templates, style guides and asset libraries for consistency.
• Mentor and support junior designers and provide feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
