Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Designer to contribute to the technical execution and scaling of digital ads and assets for one of the world’s largest packaged goods companies. This role requires balancing efficiency, speed, and quality to produce compelling visuals across platforms, while exploring AI-forward production challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production design or similar role in digital/advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital production, asset adaptation, and advertising materials.
• Experience with execution stages from master asset handover to final delivery.
• Deep understanding of typography, grids, layout and pre-press standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client collaboration.
• Ability to guide and mentor younger design team members.
• Experience creating print-ready POS files in InDesign/Illustrator.

• Oversee technical execution, versioning and rollout of design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Deliver master creatives across formats; propose improvements to design pipelines.
• Translate briefs into actionable, thorough production workflows.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and attention to detail.
• Craft and adapt interactive assets for social media with platform best practices.
• Create print-ready POS files for production in InDesign/Illustrator.
• Build templates, style guides and asset libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior designers while juggling multiple projects.
