• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Architect or pursuing registration preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in property development or architectural practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through construction and handover.
• Review drawings, specs, and materials to meet objectives and cost targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and authorities to secure approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor project progress and risks.
