Job summary

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad seeks a seasoned Data Management & Technical Development professional in Malaysia. You will lead the end-to-end management of MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and DuckDB, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliable data delivery for SAP ECC6 environments.

In this role you will design high-quality data solutions, optimize SQL queries, orchestrate data workflows, and contribute to a governance framework for data assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data/analytics consulting or data warehouse delivery with business stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of dimensional modelling (star & snowflake) and SCDs with staging/ODS design.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server including T-SQL development, SSIS packages and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and DuckDB databases for stability and reliability.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions and scripts to extract data from SAP ECC6.
• Develop data ingestion strategies (batch and stream) and orchestrate complex data workflows.
