Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Data Centre Services Manager to oversee daily data centre operations, vendor performance, and governance compliance. The role focuses on sustaining uptime, planning capacity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with professional certifications and 8+ years in data centre management. This is a 1-year renewable contract with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or Diploma with Professional Certifications.
• At least 8 years relevant experience in data centre service delivery, platform solutions, or IT systems implementation and integration.
• Experience with multiple infrastructure and project teams (business, IT application, infrastructure).
• Excellent knowledge of devices, brands and toolsets related to data centre management and patching.

Responsibilities

• Data Centre Services Management: oversee day-to-day data centre service delivery with vendor oversight.
• Monitor health of systems or platform solutions.
• Analyse data centre infrastructure components and plan capacity for future projects.
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure high system uptime and availability.
• Review service provider compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan data centre related matters and participate in project management.
