Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Data Centre Administration Manager in Johor Bahru to lead site operations and drive administrative excellence.

You will oversee OPEX tracking, vendor SLAs, and ensure compliance with global ISO certifications (27001, 22301, 45001, 50001). Report to senior management.

This role suits a seasoned admin professional with 5–8 years in data centres and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years in administrative/operations roles, preferably in data centres.
• Experience overseeing OPEX, vendor SLAs, and certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, 22301, 45001, 50001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations at the site.
• Govern OPEX tracking and budget control.
• Manage vendor SLAs and service quality.
