Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Data Centre Deployment & Service Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end onsite execution for data centre installation, network infrastructure, and associated activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage shifts, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.

• Senior onsite leadership overseeing end-to-end data centre installation and associated engineering activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, shifts and suppliers in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Excellent safety, quality and governance discipline with client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own safe and successful delivery of onsite deployment activities from planning through closure.
• Lead rack-and-stack, structured cabling, network connectivity and fibre infrastructure.
• Translate programme plans into shift plans, priorities and resources.
• Coordinate multiple teams and suppliers with dependencies, access, and readiness.
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule and quality; take corrective actions.
• Maintain status reporting and client governance evidence.
