Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to ensure continuity of service, drive contract profitability, and manage client satisfaction for medium to large ICT contracts. The role spans multiple sites and acts as the client-facing interface for service governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, ITIL/PM qualifications, and a track record in coordinating service activations and governance in a global delivery environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Business.
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
• PMP certification desirable for project oversight.
• CRM certification desirable for client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship and act as primary interface for service delivery.
• Coordinate service activation and support governance across regions.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines for service delivery projects.
• Lead and facilitate service review meetings and report on performance and SLAs.
• Identify trends and drive service improvement plans with stakeholders.
