Job summary

DayOne seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead reliability governance for its data centre portfolio across the region. This role reports to the Reliability Director of GERA and drives governance, risk, and performance improvements for multiple sites.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage maintenance programs, and ensure safe, reliable operations while enabling scalable growth across Southeast Asia. Travel is expected as part of site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• SCEM, GMAP, CDCS or related professional certificates preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience managing critical infrastructure, preferably in data centers.
• Experience as SME for complete electrical and mechanical infrastructure lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of local and international maintenance standards.
• Knowledge of local regulations in operations and maintenance management.
• Experience leading incident responses and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Reliability Governance: oversee the reliability framework for the data centre portfolio.
• Asset management: maintain system specs and critical parts with RPN approach.
• Problem Management: lead root-cause analyses and CAPA; maintain KEDB.
• Energy & Water: monitor indicators per ISO 50001; apply PDCA for improvement.
• Maintenance Governance: implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Operational Engineering Support: assist with technical issues from operations.
• Equipment Lifecycle: plan for maintenance, overhauls, EOSL, asset refresh.
• Vendor Management: coordinate with OEMs and service providers.
• Regional Capability Building: mentor site teams and share best practices.
