Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Scheduler to manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules, from design through commissioning, across global teams. You will analyze critical paths, monitor progress, and report on schedule health, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications

Degree in project management, engineering or similar function.
10+ years’ experience in scheduling and project planning, preferably with data center or high-tech semiconductor background.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and overall schedule understanding.
In-depth knowledge of construction sequences of data centre (CSA and MEP) and ability to challenge the General Contractor timelines.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule.
Partner with key stakeholders including facility owners and global supply management to look for pull-in opportunities.
Evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Method (S curves), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) or other industry-standard approaches.
Define and analyze project critical paths across all schedules and project stages; produce reports and KPI metrics.
Facilitate schedule review sessions with project teams and stakeholders to mitigate delays and communicate critical paths.
Identify critical milestones and validate contractor schedules for logic, duration and progress.
Consolidate progress reports for management review and development of schedule indicators.
Establish and maintain Schedule Change Control process for changes in scope and impact on the schedule.
Accumulate and access historical data to improve future planning and forecasting.
