Job summary

Shopee seeks a seasoned Data Center Senior Engineer to oversee daily operations at our Johor Data Centres, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime. You will manage MAC processes, cabling deployments, and lead on-site teams and third-party vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in data center environments, with a focus on service delivery and change management in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL, CDCP or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data center operations and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and activities at the Johor Data Centres to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Manage the MAC process, including IT hardware deployment and structured cabling installations.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault resolution for cabling and hardware issues.
