Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join Group Technology and manage data center network infrastructure across the Bank, Islamic, Insurance, Investment Bank, and regional offices.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI/Nexus/Catalyst, SD-WAN, and other network technologies, along with strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in network operations and infrastructure support.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, Routers and SD-WAN technologies.
Familiarity with network monitoring and administration tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis experience.
Good collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of regulatory standards in financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of Data Center Network infrastructure.
Perform network administration tasks including installation, configuration, and patch management.
Real-time monitoring to ensure network health and uptime (SLA/OLA: 99.96%).
Support incident resolution and root cause analysis; escalate when required.
Assist in design, implementation, and enhancement of Data Center Network infrastructure.
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal audit, security policies and regulatory requirements.
