Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited in Sedenak, Johor seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center) to ensure stable, secure, and scalable data center operations across EU and APAC. You will lead L2/L3 support, manage vendor engagement, and participate in a 24/7 on-call escalation.

The role covers Windows/Linux administration, VMware and Nutanix platforms, change management, and collaboration with onsite IT/OT teams to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years in infrastructure/data center with senior troubleshooting and incident ownership.
• Willingness to support EU and APAC and participate in 24/7 escalation.
• Strong communication with vendors and multi-region stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center infrastructure operations (L2/L3) and high availability.
• Lead on-call escalation and major incidents across EU and APAC.
• Coordinate with onsite IT/OT engineers and vendors.
• Plan changes, upgrades, and lifecycle management with change controls.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with Facilities/Security for BMS and CCTV/VMS.
