Job summary

Iron Mountain in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large-scale data center program and dedicated utility substation. You will coordinate matrixed teams across PM, design, and controls to ensure on-time delivery and safety.

The role requires 8+ years in large-scale construction, strong knowledge of local ecosystems, and expertise in project controls. You will manage budgets, vendor performance, and regulatory engagement with authorities such as MIDA and TNB,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in large-scale construction.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects (data center MEP/CSA preferred).
• Knowledge of Malaysian/Singaporean construction ecosystems.
• Coordination with utilities and regulators (TNB familiarity preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP/BEM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for a large-scale data center program and substation, coordinating PM, design, and controls teams.
• Manage GC & vendor performance, track KPIs, enforce safety and quality standards.
• Drive utility and power coordination with regional authorities and maintain schedule alignment with TNB.
• Control budgets, oversee change orders, and ensure governance adherence.
• Direct local regulatory engagement with Johor councils and agencies (e.g., MIDA).
