Qualifications

• Professional architecture license.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through detailed design.
• Working knowledge of building codes and specifications.
• Experience in Revit.
• Under general supervision, competently perform all conventional aspects of Architecture design.
• Responsible for the preparation and 2D/3D modeling of design architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architect for small projects, or Sub-Lead for larger projects.
• Work independently, lead and collaborate with a team of designers and engineers.
• Take initiative to determine what is needed to meet project and client needs.
• Forecast level of effort and clearly define scope.
• Identify scope changes and escalate as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail while delivering work on time and cost-effectively.
