Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Petaling Jaya to transform complex gaming and user behavior data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and trading teams to optimize player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while promoting safer gambling practices.

The role emphasizes lifecycle analysis, KPI dashboards (GGR/NGR/ARPU/DAU/MAU), and ROI optimization through campaigns and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused directly on iGaming
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills for querying large transactional datasets
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
• Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze player journeys from registration through first deposit, active play, and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking GGR, NGR, ARPU, and DAU/MAU.
• Evaluate the performance and ROI of promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs.
• Design and run A/B tests on game layouts, odds placements, and UI changes to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with compliance to detect anomalous betting patterns and potential fraud
